WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT?

The eCDN service provides a TV signal from the EVIO headend to your network.

You will gain access to more than 400 HD and SD channels, in many cases received by means of optical fibre. Your customers obtain a top quality signal without disruption.

There is no need to purchase more receiving devices - you reduce the costs of maintaining your own headend.

You can choose the programmes as you like, lowering costs and allowing you to personalize your digital TV offer.

You can also treat the EVIO eCDN offer as a source of a backup signal for your headend.

WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT THE EVIO eCDN SERVICE?

As part of the eCDN service, the TV signal comes directly from the broadcasters and is typically sent to the interface with an optical fibre connector, significantly increasing its reliability.

The backup signal is transmitted from several independent headends in Poland picking up the signal by satellite.

The satellite signal is an alternative source in case of the optical fibre connector’s failure.

The connector from the eCDN interface to the operator’s network is monitored 24h a day and in case of detecting a break or disruption in this section, the operator is immediately informed about it.

You can supplement your portfolio with new services (e.g. VOD, OTT, multiscreen).

We offer you the opportunity to introduce theme channels unavailable by satellite to the offer.

For a single price, you gain access to all the channels we offer.

You have the opportunity to adjust the SLA standard to your needs.

We offer an individual appraisal for transmitting the eCDN signal to the location indicated by the operator (e.g. the headend or a local exchange point).

The eCDN network has been created exclusively with content in mind and is separate from the Internet.
